Majority of our customers opt for our free transport service! Below is how we typically function.
1.Enquiry
Have a chat with our friendly staff (ahem) with regards to your device issues. Please also provide us with the serial number/model of your device as repair prices vary according to model. We then estimate and inform you of the repair costs based on your information given. If you agree to proceed with the repair, we’ll schedule a date for collection!
Do note, for MacBooks and iMacs, we’ll need JUST your device. Please remove your device from its case and remove all accessories. As for WIndows laptops, we will need just your laptop and power adaptor.
2. Collection
Good news for MacBook and Windows Laptop owners! – We’re providing FREE TRANSPORT on Wednesdays and Saturdays (yay!). Delivery & Collection for iMacs are for $30 (round-trip).
3. Diagnosis
We’ll carefully diagnose your device to confirm the issues faced. Don’t worry, we won’t recommend anything unnecessary 🙂
4. Update on Issues
Notify you of the confirmed issues and their costs. We’ll then provide our recommendations for repair. We then confirm whether you will proceed with the repair. Do note that if you choose NOT to proceed, a diagnostic fee is chargeable at $30.
5. Repair
Upon confirmation, we get to work! We strive to complete all repairs within 3-6 working days. Motherboard repairs will take anywhere between 4-10 workings days and more complex issues may take even longer.
6. Payment
We’ll send over a video of the repairs completed and explain to you all the changes made. Once done, we’ll send over the invoice for payment. Upon receiving your payment, we’ll schedule to return your device.
7. Returning your device
Our dedicated Pronto Arigato courier will drop by to return you your device! If any, please direct your questions to us directly via Whatsapp/Call instead of our courier personnel! (They usually have to zoom away to another location right after)
8. Post-Repair
We have warranty on ALL component part repairs. We will also provide assistance with any other issues.
