What if my device is still under warranty?

How long will the repair take?

For common issues, repairs can take up to 60 minutes. While MacBook repairs for more severe issues will require a pickup from your location straight to our office in Paya Lebar Square.

If you need your MacBook diagnosed quickly, you can come down to our shop directly, where we will be able to advise if you in detail regarding your MacBook repair requirements.

Why does my MacBook batteries drain so fast?

Do you collect and deliver my device for free?

Can I sell my damaged devices to Pronto Arigato?

Yes. We’ll refurbish these devices to good as new condition and hand them over to our customers who need them!

How to check your battery status?

The common indicators of a faulty or worn battery are a poor battery life and intermittent power off so watch out for them!

Will my device be under warranty after repair?

Yes! There’s warranty upon every repair. If there’s any problems within the warranty period, send it over, and we’ll get it fix at no cost.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

No problem! We’ll just need someone to sign on your behalf upon collection of your device. Do note that for failed deliveries, a transport fee of $10/way may be applicable for redelivery.

Do you only use original replacement parts?

We only use replacement parts from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). This means that our parts are of the exact same quality as the parts of your manufacturer’s service centre.

Do you provide on-site repair services?

We most certainly do! But do note that it is only applicable for some services as there are some repairs which require us to use non-portable equipment in our centre. Even then, we do provide FREE transport service islandwide so you still wouldn’t have to leave the comfort of your own home!

Do you sell new laptops?

Yes! We’re an authorized reseller for all Windows laptop brands. Do browse our shop here! If you’re interested in a particular model that isn’t listed, do drop us a message and our friendly representative will assist you.
